Publish a public POV and build a content community to boost market awareness and partner support.

Job Description

Own the marketing motion for the ecosystem end-to-end by building content, campaigns, and co-marketing programs that recruit partners, accelerate activation, and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
Build campaigns, write content, coordinate co-marketing with active partners, run events, and track pipeline influence.
Work with the team to ensure a strong market presence and provide partners with what they need to position monday CRM with their customers.
Build a touchless partner recruitment funnel using AI agents, monday CRM, and workflow automation.
Design cohort-based training programs where partners learn from each other and not just from monday.
Create customer zero templates with workflows and automations to package for partners to replicate and monetize.
Develop certification and badging standards signaling partner capability to the market.
Build content and community presence that places monday CRM at the center of the agentic RevOps conversation.
Produce playbooks, demos, and async enablement assets partners use to sell and deliver modern RevOps engagements.
Share a point of view publicly on LinkedIn, RevOps and GTM communities, and wherever the AI-powered CRM conversation is happening.
