Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advertising Manager based in Sheridan, WY, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Advertising Manager will oversee advertising strategies and campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure goals are met effectively. Daily responsibilities include managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, working on integrated marketing initiatives, and maintaining client relationships to align projects with their objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively
• Proven experience in Advertising and Marketing, with knowledge of campaign planning and execution
• Sales and negotiation skills for client acquisition and partnership building
• Project Management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns for ROI and performance
• Knowledge of advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing tools
• Understanding of compliance and volume optimization in advertising campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Experience in affiliated marketing industries is a plus
