Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Admissions Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, community referral sources, prospective residents, and families, providing clear, professional guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance awareness and build our reputation as a leading provider of skilled nursing care in the region.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and ensure all admissions-related documentation is completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or sales preferably within a skilled nursing or other healthcare environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and put them at ease.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving and outreach.
  • Ability to stay professional at all times while being able to have difficult conversations.
