This role is part of the Greeter/Administrative Assistant team and serves as an important point of contact for program participants, staff, and management. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed job folders for program operations Assign meeting/classroom designation Ensure all closing reports are saved and processed Schedule support staff as required Produce name badges, certificates, gift bags, etc. Support as program greeter and registration Assist with program catering details  Provide administrative support to the management team as needed QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 year of administrative assistant experience Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills Proficient in Word and Excel Physical ability to perform required work Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines High attention to detail Works well with others in a group setting and able to contribute as a team member Schedule: Monday-Sunday (shifts vary, but includes Saturday and Sunday)
