Job Description

Own cross‑team orchestration of organic social campaigns and governance across content, calendar, and approvals to drive consistent brand storytelling and efficient delivery.

  • Responsibilities: Coordinate across internal teams (strategy/analytics, creative, community management) to develop and execute integrated organic social campaigns that align with client's annual strategy and brand voice.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee creation of monthly content calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverable tracking to keep all organic social initiatives organized and on schedule
  • Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day account operations including project coordination, resource allocation, and status reporting across all organic social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Responsibilities: Support weekly client meetings by preparing comprehensive status updates and project dashboards
  • Responsibilities: Support budget and scope management including monthly retainer tracking, quarterly forecasting, and identification of scope changes or change order opportunities
  • Responsibilities: Partner with senior account directors (and partner agencies) on strategic planning, input briefs, and client counsel to shape campaign direction and strategy
  • Responsibilities: Ensure quality and consistency across all organic social content, brand voice, and campaign messaging across platforms, flagging optimization opportunities
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate product information accuracy, legal approvals, and brand compliance for all organic social content before publication
  • Responsibilities: Facilitate cross-functional approvals and communication among creative teams, strategy partners, and client stakeholders to keep all parties aligned
  • Responsibilities: Support influencer vetting, briefing, and coordination with brand partners on organic social initiatives and sponsored content
  • Responsibilities: Support community management scheduling and coordination for weekend/holiday coverage and ongoing audience engagement
  • Responsibilities: Navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong team collaboration and communication

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of agency account management experience
  • Proven experience supporting organic social media clients (paid social media experience also welcomed)
  • Automotive industry experience (and passion) a plus
  • Strong project management, timeline coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Understanding of social media platforms, organic social strategy, and content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with creative, strategy, and analytics teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools and social publishing and analytics platforms
  • New business pitching experience a plus
