Skyway Events Solutions is hiring an Account Representative to join our Sales team. This position is ideal for a candidate with exceptional communication skills who enjoys customer relationship management. The primary focus of the Account Representative is driving sales, identifying, and generating opportunities for various types of customers. This role fosters customer satisfaction by maintaining customer contact and managing customer expectations.

Accoun Representative Representative Responsibilities:

• Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.

• Provides stellar customer service to ensure each customer feels valued

• Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new sales and further development of existing accounts.

• Understands complex requirements from customers for preparation of customized quoting.

• Delivers effective sales presentations and ensures technical requirements are met.

You Have:

• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• At least one year of experience in inside sales, retail, real estate, or customer service.
• Exceptional poise handling customer and client relations
• Attention to detail when communicating and managing your pipeline
• The ability to build long-term relationships with our client base
• A determined mindset and a drive to receive high commissions and bonuses
