Responsibilities

• Represent community-focused campaigns inside retail locations
• Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Educate individuals about campaign goals, programs, and initiatives
• Build positive relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Assist with campaign enrollment and customer support when applicable
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily reporting
• Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Preferred

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required
