What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
