Job Description

Drive account management and campaign fulfillment for broadcast, digital, and sports partnerships at TEGNA.

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across linear, streaming, social, and digital platforms with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage post-sale campaign execution across linear TV, streaming, social, display, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Digital Strategists, Creative Teams, and internal support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing integrated marketing ideas and sponsorship strategies with internal sales and strategy teams.
  • Maintain campaign logistics, scheduling accuracy, revisions, makegoods, and audience delivery across platforms.
  • Monitor pacing and performance using Comscore, Google AdsManager, and reporting tools for optimization.
  • Prepare client-facing performance recaps aligned with advertiser KPIs and business objectives.
  • Support OTT/CTV, targeted display, pre-roll, social amplification, geo-fencing, and streaming initiatives.
  • Assist with sports and community partnerships for Seattle teams and related programs.
  • Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of account management, sales support, advertising operations, or customer engagement experience.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast, streaming, digital, and social advertising platforms.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and make sound decisions for customers and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset across departments while also managing responsibilities independently.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Comscore, Salesforce Command, WideOrbit, Smartsheet, or related systems.
  • Familiarity with OTT/CTV products, digital trafficking, social amplification, and attribution reporting.

  • Familiarity with OTT/CTV products, digital trafficking, social amplification, and attribution reporting is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, or related media workflow tools is a plus.
