I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate. My passion for insurance began after being involved in a car accident, which inspired me to learn everything I could about helping others protect what matters most.
Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. I serve as Chair of the MDGLCC Women's Empowerment Committee, am an active member of the Miami-Dade LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to be an NGLCC LGBTBE Certified Business. As an Account Manager for Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
