Account Manager, Paid Media

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners.
• Lead client onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day support.
• Coordinate communication between franchise owners and the paid media team.
• Review campaign performance and recommend budget or optimization changes.
• Support media planning, campaign strategy, and lead generation goals.
• Support organic social media and email marketing initiatives.
• Maintain client documentation and improve internal workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Understanding of paid media, media planning, and campaign optimization.

Preferred

• Google Ads Certification or Meta Ads Certification.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms).
• Experience with email marketing or organic social is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing tools.
• Familiarity with franchise business models, multi-location marketing, or youth-focused industry experience is a plus.
