Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client communication: status updates, monthly reporting calls, and fast answers to questions
• Run projects from kickoff to launch: timelines, task assignment, follow-through, and QA
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads
• Dig into Google Analytics (GA4) and platform data to find what's working, what isn't, and why
• Turn that analysis into plain-English recommendations and help build each client's marketing strategy
• Create quick social and ad creative in Canva when a full design request isn't needed
• Keep clients organized: notes, task boards, and deliverables documented and current
• Spot growth opportunities within accounts and bring them to the team

Requirements

• 2+ years in digital marketing, at an agency or in-house
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4): navigating reports, conversions, and traffic sources
• Strong data analysis skills: you're comfortable in spreadsheets and know why CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate move
• Strong project management skills: you track a dozen moving pieces without dropping any
• Excellent written and verbal communication; your client emails don't need a follow-up
• You live in DFW and want to come to McKinney now and then to hang out with the team. We do outings together too.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Microsoft Advertising (Bing) experience
• Canva proficiency
• Experience building or contributing to marketing strategy and channel plans
• A PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday)
• Google Ads, Meta, or GA4 certifications
• Multifamily or real estate marketing experience
• Google Tag Manager familiarity
