Responsibilities
- onboarding clients
- making sure clients are really happy (punctual, excellent, effective deliverables)
- assisting with developing the strategy on a per-account basis
- stepping in to make quick revisions if it's faster than delegating to a copywriter
- sending clients insightful weekly/monthly reports
Requirements
- excellent spoken english skills (you will be very client facing)
- excellent written communication
- high overlap with Eastern Time
- you are business-minded (clients trust that you see the big picture)
- you can speak confidently about sales/marketing/lead-generation
- you have a "I can figure anything out" attitude
- you detest ai-slop and can smell garbage claude-speak from a mile away
- you hold high standards for yourself and take pride in your work
- you treat deadlines and punctuality extremely seriously
- you have a severely high attention to detail
