Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic brief ideation and kickoff sessions to translate brand marketing objectives into high-impact creative campaigns.
• Partner closely with project management teams to establish accurate project timelines, generate scope estimates, and manage financial health and budget reconciliations.
• Direct the end-to-end development of digital, video, and print deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations.
• Navigate assets through formal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes to achieve full compliance and timely campaign launches.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• Proven experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
• Strong background in B2B/HCP-targeted digital, video, and print campaign execution within an ad agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree required, featuring exceptional cross-functional communication and strategic account leadership skills.
