Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor-not just a point of contact.
  • You'll build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and strategic thinking while ensuring clients always know where they're headed and why.
  • Treat every account like it's your own business.
  • You'll understand your clients' objectives, anticipate challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and guide decisions that move their business forward.
  • Translate business challenges into strategic marketing solutions.
  • You'll partner with creative, media, digital, PR, social, production, and project management teams to ensure every recommendation supports measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead internal and client meetings with clarity and confidence.
  • You'll keep priorities aligned, remove obstacles, facilitate decisions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help define goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Monitor performance, interpret results, connect data back to business objectives, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of account management, client services, marketing, advertising, or related experience
  • Experience managing multiple clients and integrated marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining organization and focus
  • Experience developing creative briefs, leading meetings, and presenting recommendations
  • Financial awareness, including budgets, scopes, and profitability
  • Curiosity to continually learn about industries, markets, consumer behavior, and emerging trends
  • Experience with project management platforms and Google Workspace (or similar collaboration tools)
  • Agency experience is required.
