Job Summary
Own end-to-end project delivery for client engagements, balancing strategy, creative development, and media oversight to drive outcomes while protecting profitability.
- Project Delivery: Manage all active projects end-to-end with quality and on-time execution.
- Client & Strategy: Establish strong client relationships and lead marketing strategy, creative production, and media placement across TV, OTT, OLV, Radio, Social, SEM/SEO, and website.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project financials and adjust budgeting to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
- Support and provide feedback to team members.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Manage all active projects end-to-end.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects and adjust budgeting accordingly.
- Lead development of new marketing strategies, new creative production, and oversee media placement for TV, OTT, OLV, Radio, Social, SEM SEO and Website.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of full-service advertising agency experience.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial minded, with a "whatever it takes" and "how can I help you" mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done on time and with high quality.
