Job Description

Oversee a team who manages the day-to-day account initiatives for an assigned client
Client relationship building and true partnership
Execution of client campaigns or retainers
Managing junior account team members
Management of scopes and budgets
Developing presentations and proposals
Overseeing internal team process and workflow
Client problem solving
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and planning/reporting
Serve as the primary point person in day to day client communication on projects. Manage clients and maintain friendly and productive lines of communication at all times
