Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for Anheuser-Busch InBev, building trusted and long-term client relationships.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated shopper marketing programs across retail and commerce environments.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within the ABI business.
  • Partner with strategy and creative teams to develop strong briefs, strategic approaches, and high-impact client solutions.
  • Oversee project delivery from initial brief through execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and negotiate scopes of work, project budgets, timelines, and client deliverables.
  • Provide strategic leadership and clear direction to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain proactive client communication, managing expectations and ensuring transparency on project status, scope changes, and timelines.
  • Monitor program performance against client objectives and provide recommendations for optimization and future opportunities.
  • Contribute to account planning and revenue forecasting to support continued growth of the ABI partnership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the account team.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in account management within a marketing, creative, or shopper marketing agency.
  • Direct experience working with alcohol beverage brands is required.
  • Strong background in shopper marketing and retail activation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow major client relationships within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and production.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, scopes of work, and client negotiations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
  • Ability to work in office 3–4 days per week.
