Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow some of our highest profile global client relationships, ensuring we are a trusted partner across every relevant touchpoint.
  • Build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant who understands their business, objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that unlock new opportunities and drive long-term partnership growth.
  • Own the commercial performance of your accounts, ensuring strong financial outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Manage large-scale budgets and ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining exceptional creative and production quality.
  • Work closely with creative, production and strategy teams to develop compelling experiential solutions that answer client briefs.
  • Play an active role in shaping ideas and guiding creative development, ensuring work aligns with client objectives.
  • Lead and support teams through pitches and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple experiential projects from concept through delivery.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior account management or client services role within experiential marketing, events, or brand activation
  • Proven track record managing high-value client accounts and complex, large-scale events budgets ($500K–$2M+)
  • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with budget management, revenue forecasting, and margin awareness
  • Experience managing and negotiating with production suppliers, venues, and third-party partners
  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder — able to adapt style across client types and seniority levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail across both strategic and operational workstreams
  • Collaborative team leader with experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Confident presenter — able to lead client meetings, pitch responses, and internal reviews with authority and clarity
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a degree of autonomy
