Account Director (Agency)- Miami, FL (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross functional planning process for marketing initiatives for key retail clients, inclusive of strategic and tactical plan development, proposal creation, execution and optimization.
• Educate clients on key service offerings by positioning as solutions for consumer engagement needs by maintaining a clear understanding of the client’s target audience, industry, competitive landscape, and business objective.
• Supervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, deliverables, timelines, and post-promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processes.
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication, flawless execution and proactive recommendations to continuously grow client business.
• Make autonomous decisions that are aligned with client and company goals.
• Manage direct reports, ensuring accountability, strong results, and alignment with the company’s service-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Education Level: (Required) Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
• Field of Study/Area of Experience:
• 9+ years of experience in agency, brand or consumer products.
• Experience in event execution or experiential marketing required.
• Experience in digital, social media marketing and/or content development is a plus.
• Relevant marketing experience in food and beverage space is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. No exceptions.
