Founded in 2012, Invisible North is a female-owned creative marketing agency headquartered in NYC with global reach. We are a team of culturally fluent strategists, creatives, designers and producers pushing the limits of possibility. Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator based in our NYC office to support our team. The ideal candidate will be culturally plugged-in, a creative problem solver, and a passionate and communicative team member. This position will work closely with the full account team to support our clients experiential planning and execution. The person in this role should be highly organized, familiar with project management tasks, comfortable with client communications, and passionate about brand building. Additionally, this role will positively contribute to making Invisible North’s culture an envy of the industry, a studio that turns out jaw dropping creative and design and does so by upholding an inclusive, flexible, and giving work environment.

While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between.

This position is a 90-day contract with the potential to become full time.

Roles + Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Work under the direction of an Associate Account Director or Account Director to ensure effective and regular communication with clients
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients
  • Lead smaller projects/workstreams and act as day to day for internal communications and workflows on larger projects collaboratively and independently
  • Represent Invisible North onsite at events, installations, and productions

Operations

  • Coordinate meetings and calls internally & externally
  • Support with the creation of internal and external meeting agendas
  • Participate and document discussions during client and internal meetings
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past projects
  • Assist with project recaps and debriefs of what worked well / what didn’t to isolate issues in the process and develop methods to improve
  • Deliver frequent updates to the IN Cross Functional team to ensure tracking against budget, timelines & deliverables
  • Assist in reporting project hour updates
  • Organize Google folders for all project and internal needs
  • Conduct competitive research on clients
  • Support in organizing all client feedback, brand assets, client briefs, IN decks, etc

Skills + Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 1- 3 years of relevant experiential or digital experience, production and/or account management (inclusive of internships)
  • Based in NYC and able to work in-office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the client service industry and ultimately want to grow in this position
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects AND thrive in fast paced environments
  • Proactive and looks for additional work or tasks to expand skill sets
  • Polished, professional demeanor, and projects confidence
  • Ability to work both independently and with multiple cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse teams
  • Able to travel to project locations and the IN Office as needed
  • Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed for specific projects (and to be made up with compensatory time off)

Compensation

Contract Salary: $1,400 weekly not to exceed $18,200 for 90-day contract
