Responsibilities

• Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for strategic global accounts
• Map complex, multi-region buying groups, influence models, and executive match making
• Identify whitespace, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across regions and business units
• Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Global Account Executives, Regional Sales Leaders, and Customer Success teams
• Participate in global account planning, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive briefings
• Align ABM initiatives with active opportunities, expansions, and regional GTM motions
• Enable sales with account-specific insights, messaging, and tailored assets for executive and regional engagement
• Orchestrate multi-channel engagement across regions, including digital, events, executive experiences, direct outreach, and sales-led plays
• Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Content teams to ensure messaging is globally consistent and industry relevant
• Define and track ABM success metrics focused on global account engagement, pipeline influence, deal progression, and revenue impact

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep hands-on ABM experience supporting global enterprise accounts
• Proven experience partnering with Global Strategic Sales teams on complex, multi-region deals
• Strong understanding of global enterprise buying behaviors, executive personas, and long sales cycles
• Experience developing highly personalized, account-specific marketing programs at a global scale
• Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred

• ABM ITSMA Certified
• SaaS, technology, or complex B2B solutions with a global customer base
• Experience supporting global expansion and upsell motions
• Familiarity with intent data, account scoring, and buying group analytics
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders across regions
• Knowledge of vertical ABM programs is a plus including Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, Telco, Energy, Manufacturing and/or Neocloud
