ABA Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate new ABA client referrals in the Savannah and Pooler areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, daycares, therapists, psychologists, case managers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits to potential referral sources.
• Introduce Advance Behavior Support and educate community partners about our ABA services.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities throughout the community.
• Attend community events, resource fairs, school events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and prospective families.
• Assist with local marketing and social media initiatives when needed.
• Track outreach efforts, contacts, referrals, and results.

Requirements

• Outgoing and comfortable approaching new organizations and professionals.
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward referral and growth goals.
• Familiar with the Savannah/Pooler community.
• Experienced in marketing, healthcare outreach, behavioral health, ABA, sales, or business development preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for local outreach.

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
