Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of marketing plans, project documentation, and presentation materials.
• Assist with coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Help prepare status updates, meeting materials, and planning documents that support marketing initiatives.
• Support reporting and analysis efforts by gathering information, tracking progress, and documenting key learnings.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives across the Residential Marketing organization.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Interest in marketing strategy, campaign planning, project management, or cross-functional business operations
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
