Job Summary

Own end-to-end web redevelopment and SEO for orthopedic services, aligning UX, performance, security, and HIPAA-conscious practices to drive patient leads.

Web Development & Technical SEO: Design, build, and launch enterprise websites plus schema, local SEO, and site architecture.
Infra, Security & Analytics: Create scalable hosting, CI/CD, uptime monitoring, backups, and GA4/Search Console dashboards.
Performance & Lead Gen: Improve rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and patient appointment requests through UX optimizations and conversion analysis.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and launch new websites using modern web technologies
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable web infrastructures
Optimize website performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
Manage hosting, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing site maintenance
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for orthopedic, surgical, and healthcare service lines
Implement technical SEO best practices including schema markup, semantic HTML, indexing optimization, and local SEO
Improve search rankings, organic traffic, and patient lead generation
Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
Configure and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and related tools
Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to improve patient engagement and appointment requests

Requirements

Proven experience building and managing websites from the ground up
Demonstrated success improving organic search rankings and website traffic
Strong portfolio of custom-built websites and web applications
Expertise in technical SEO, local SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

Experience working with healthcare organizations, medical practices, hospital systems, or multi-location businesses
Familiarity with HIPAA-related website considerations
Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple geographic markets
