Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define how Flywire’s products and platform win in the market, including positioning that drives preference, messaging that resonates across verticals, and narratives that support premium value
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling customer outcomes that differentiate Flywire from point solutions and legacy providers
  • Build and own the story that moves Flywire from a payments provider to a mission-critical software platform
  • Ensure all positioning and messaging is grounded in deep customer understanding and validated market insight
  • Own the impact of product marketing on revenue outcomes, including win rates, deal velocity, ACV, and expansion
  • Act as a driver of commercial performance by ensuring product positioning and value articulation directly support revenue growth
  • Partner closely with Pricing and Commercial teams to ensure packaging and positioning align to value and support effective monetization
  • Ensure Sales and Relationship Management teams can clearly articulate ROI and business value for every product in every vertical
  • Own Flywire’s product & partner launches engine end to end, from GTM strategy and readiness to market execution and adoption measurement
  • Build repeatable frameworks that make launches predictable, scalable, and effective across products and regions
  • Create tight feedback loops between market performance and product strategy to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions
  • Ensure launches drive measurable adoption and revenue, not just awareness
  • Own Flywire’s understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and value perception across products and verticals
  • Build and scale a structured voice-of-customer program, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and field feedback loops
  • Synthesize insights from Sales, Relationship Management, and customers into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Act as the company’s point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
  • Ensure customer and market insight directly informs product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
  • Serve as Product’s voice in commercial conversations and Sales’ voice in product conversations, translating between technical capabilities and market needs
  • Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and RevOps on what we’re bringing to market, how to position it, and how to win
  • Bring a strong, evidence-based point of view to decisions grounded in customer insight, market data, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing leadership or related GTM leadership roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments-driven platforms
  • Proven success building and scaling global, multi-product product marketing teams
  • Demonstrated impact on revenue through positioning, launches, and enablement
  • Deep partnership experience with Product and Sales leadership
  • Comfort operating in complex, multi-vertical environments
