Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Franchise Strategy:
  • Define and evolve the overarching brand strategy for pocket.watch, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all B2B and B2C touchpoints.
  • Lead franchise strategy and long-term brand development for creator-led IP, partnering closely with creators and executive leadership to scale YouTube born brands into global entertainment franchises.
  • Establish and oversee brand guidelines and creative direction to ensure consistency and excellence across all consumer-facing and partner executions.
  • Champion brand integrity and steward franchise equities across content, consumer products, licensing, distribution, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with insights, studio, channels, licensing, and ad sales teams to align franchise growth strategies and maximize audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or related field
  • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns
  • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and work is performed in a business office environment.
  • Must have close visual acuity to perform the primary responsibilities of this position.
