  • Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day leader for advertising & media projects within the Sapphire portfolio, ensuring campaign strategy is carried through execution to maximize market impact.
  • Drive end-to-end management of creative campaigns and media plans, from ideation through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including brand, media, experiences, finance, compliance, and external partners.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, key reasons-to-believe (RTBs), advertising copy and creative ensuring alignment with overall Sapphire product strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners in Brand, Media, Talent, PR to define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the direction and prioritization of creative strategy.
  • Translate business goals into comms goals that are conveyed in actionable creative briefs and media strategy briefs for internal and external creative partners and agencies.
  • Lead the planning, development, analysis, and assessment of integrated communications plans with Chase’s Media COE team that align to Brand and business objectives.
  • Track, monitor, analyze campaign KPIs, and find opportunities to optimize future performance.
  • Lead cross-functional working teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver on ambitious project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, and/or advertising execution.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-priority, or confidential projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including building executive level presentations, and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
