Requirements
- Copywriting Mastery: Ability to craft sharp, persuasive short-form copy with a direct-response edge.
- Short-Form Content Expertise: Experience scripting or creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Left Brain / Right Brain Mindset: Comfortable creatively iterating based on performance data.
- Collaboration & Communication: Able to work closely with editors, creators, and managers — and communicate effectively with clients.
