Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy and Scriptwriting: research trends, craft hooks, and write persuasive short-form scripts tailored to platforms.
• Content Creation and Direction: film and edit videos; guide editors and creators to produce high-performing content.
• Performance Analysis and Client Relations: review results, iterate strategies, and maintain proactive updates with clients.

Requirements

• Copywriting Mastery: Ability to craft sharp, persuasive short-form copy with a direct-response edge.
• Short-Form Content Expertise: Experience scripting or creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Left Brain / Right Brain Mindset: Comfortable creatively iterating based on performance data.
• Collaboration & Communication: Able to work closely with editors, creators, and managers — and communicate effectively with clients.
