Responsibilities

• Engage with the community daily through our official social media channels.
• Actively stay on current trends that relate to our brand and games to create engaging and original content.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PR, and Product to execute social strategies and community initiatives.
• Partner with prominent community members.
• Develop strategies to help our social media channels grow and convert community members to community leaders.
• Moderate player discussions online and escalate appropriate action internally.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for our players across all spaces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or related field.
• Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry.
• Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to positive team culture.
• Ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet various deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in various platforms including Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, and Twitch.
• Must love games and have a passion for creating them!
