Responsibilities

• 🔎 Discover New Talent Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
• 📞 Sales & Recruitment Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
• 🤝 Talent Management Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
• 📈 Campaign Coordination Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
• 💼 Brand Outreach Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
• 👥 Team Collaboration Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
