Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute global brand experiences on behalf of Bell’s Military Sales & Strategy business, to include trade shows, conferences, specialty events, protocol meetings, and event tracking.
  • Lead financial management efforts for brand experiences around the globe, including but not limited to forecasting, budget tracking, billing and invoice submissions.
  • Partner with the marketing, sales, communications, and service departments (among others) to continually understand, define and then refine customer engagements and promotional opportunities, developing and delivering fully integrated, seamless brand experience programs globally to best position products and meet overall business objectives.
  • Proactively review standards for a superior brand experience for all customer visits, events, conferences, and tradeshows to exceed expectations across all brand experience channels.
  • Analyze brand touch points and contact channels to gather, track and trend customer feedback to implement standards for engagement improvements.
  • Evaluate and report performance against business goals and objectives, measuring and reporting accomplishment of the initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain an annual trade show and events calendar, overseeing detailed project plans to manage all aspects of trade shows and events, ensuring key stakeholders are aware.
  • Provide guidance on design and brand input for trade show booths and other engagements.
  • Oversee the planning and organizing of attendees, catering, hotel space, room size, A/V, transportation, logistics and distribution of materials, etc.
