Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities across DHS, DOJ, and DOS components
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders (GS-13+ and above)
  • Represent MetroStar at industry events, associations, and conferences to promote capabilities and expand market presence
  • Support and contribute to RFP and RFI responses, including shaping and positioning activities
  • Maintain and report on pipeline health, providing insights, deal strategies, and growth recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Capture, Operations, and Solutions teams to drive pursuit and win strategies
  • Strengthen industry partnerships and identify teaming opportunities to increase win probability

Requirements

  • An active Secret clearance
  • Established, executive-level relationships across National Security agencies (DHS, DOJ, and/or), with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence mission priorities
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that position MetroStar to influence, pursue, and win high-value opportunities
  • Demonstrated success building and managing a qualified pipeline, from identification through award, aligned to growth targets
  • Deep understanding of National Security missions, organizational structures, procurement dynamics, and evolving priorities
  • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including key players, contract vehicles, and funding streams
  • Track record of capturing and closing large, complex deals ($50M+)
  • Working knowledge of modern technologies (Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, AI/ML, data solutions) and their application to mission outcomes
  • Results-driven approach to pipeline development, prioritization, and deal execution
