You will own Impact’s social storytelling across short-form video, from concept to publication, and lead multi-platform campaigns, creator partnerships, and a dynamic posting calendar.

Define and execute social video strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Build creator relationships and manage campaigns around launches and events
Own the content calendar and testing, optimization, and repurposing across channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, film, edit, and publish short-form video content
Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and social posts
Film athletes, employees, products, production processes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
Develop strong hooks, concepts, scripts, and recurring content series
Turn one filming session into multiple pieces of usable content
Create content around new product and collection launches
Capture both polished brand content and authentic phone-shot content
Repurpose successful content across platforms
Own and manage Impact's social media calendar
Develop a consistent posting strategy across platforms
