Job Summary

Own guest-facing marketing operations and promotions data flow, including player enrollment, comp distribution, event support, and front-end ticketing and data entry to ensure smooth guest experiences and promotions execution.

Marketing Operations: Manage enrollment, comps, events, and promotions data through front-line systems.
Guest Experience & Systems: Operate ticketing and equipment with accuracy to support promotional activities.
Event Support: Assist with special events and promotions to drive guest engagement.

Job Description

Participate in marketing-related functions.
Issue Boarding Pass cards and input data into the system.
Enroll qualified players.
Issue comps to qualified players.
Be involved in special events/promotions.
Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, info genesis and scanners.
Be involved in ticket sales.
