Job Summary
Coordinate frontline guest experiences and events while handling card issuance, comps, and ticketing, with precise data entry and CMS-based operations.
- Own event support and guest engagement, aligning with promotions and loyalty activities.
- Manage data input, boarding passes, and gaming registrations to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate assigned equipment accurately (CMS terminal, embossers, info genesis, scanners) to support guest services.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in marketing-related functions.
- Issue Boarding Pass cards and input data into the system.
- Enroll qualified players.
- Issue comps to qualified players.
- Be involved in special events/promotions.
- Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, info genesis and scanners.
- Be involved in ticket sales.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- One-year experience in slot club or customer relations preferred.
- Have knowledge of a computer keyboard.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.
