Job Summary

Own the market-fit and messaging across segments, turning buyer insight into scalable cross-channel GTM plays and differentiated vertical use cases tied to Klaviyo capabilities.

  • ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM prioritization to steer investment and route-to-value.
  • Deep buyer insights by sub-segment and geography to shape collateral, discovery frameworks, and proof points for sales enablement.
  • Competitive POV by region and segment, plus scalable sales plays that cross collaborate with Marketing and CS for expansion motions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM to guide prioritization and investment.
  • Develop deep customer and buyer insight across sub-segments and geographies, including pain points, workflows, and buying dynamics.
  • Build differentiated vertical narratives by translating Klaviyo’s capabilities and ecosystem integrations (loyalty, reservations, POS, PMS) into clear use cases and measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong point of view on the competitive landscape and how it varies by segment and region.
  • Develop scalable sales plays and cross-channel GTM programs in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Equip Sales and Enablement with high-impact collateral, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and customer proof points.
  • Partner with CS and Customer Marketing to turn customer outcomes into repeatable expansion and advocacy motions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate pipeline, revenue, and usage data into actionable strategy.
  • Clear communicator who simplifies complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Influential cross-functional partner who can drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Owner mindset with accountability for business results, not just deliverables.
  • This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
