Job Summary

Own the go-to-market engine for cloud-native backup and SaaS data protection, translating complex capabilities into business outcomes and coordinating launches across product, marketing, and sales for multiple platforms and buyers.

  • GTM Strategy: Develop and drive comprehensive plans for market entry, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • Messaging & Content: Create differentiated value messaging and a broad suite of assets that translate technical capabilities into business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Launch Ownership: Lead end-to-end product launches, align with product, demand gen, channel, and sales, and synthesize market intelligence to sharpen positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive comprehensive GTM plans for cloud-native backup and SaaS data protection launches, including market entry strategy, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • GTM Motion Ownership: Own end-to-end GTM motion for Cloud-native backup solutions and SaaS backup integrations: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Salesforce, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet), and Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
  • Audience & Market Strategy: Define target buyer personas, ICPs, and market segment strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
  • Cross-Functional Launches: Lead product launches from strategy through execution, coordinating across marketing, sales, channel, and product teams.
  • Messaging & Content: Positioning, messaging & content creation; craft differentiated, value-based messaging and develop sales collateral, briefs, white papers, ROI calculators, and web copy.
  • RPO/RTO Messaging & Competitive Intelligence: Translate RPO/RTO value into business risk mitigation messaging and monitor the competitive landscape with win/loss analyses.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with content and demand gen teams to fuel top-of-funnel and mid-funnel programs.
