Job Description

Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive comprehensive GTM plans for cloud-native backup and SaaS data protection launches, including market entry strategy, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
GTM Motion Ownership: Own end-to-end GTM motion for Cloud-native backup solutions and SaaS backup integrations: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Salesforce, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet), and Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
Audience & Market Strategy: Define target buyer personas, ICPs, and market segment strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
Cross-Functional Launches: Lead product launches from strategy through execution, coordinating across marketing, sales, channel, and product teams.
Messaging & Content: Positioning, messaging & content creation; craft differentiated, value-based messaging and develop sales collateral, briefs, white papers, ROI calculators, and web copy.
RPO/RTO Messaging & Competitive Intelligence: Translate RPO/RTO value into business risk mitigation messaging and monitor the competitive landscape with win/loss analyses.
Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with content and demand gen teams to fuel top-of-funnel and mid-funnel programs.
