Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute GTM plans for US F&B product launches and campaigns, from positioning to in-market delivery
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to US hospitality operators, aligned to the Access Evo platform narrative
  • Work with the broader Product Marketing and campaigns team to build pipeline through targeted, insight-led marketing programs
  • Partner with the US sales team to ensure tools, content, and collateral are fit for purpose and actively used
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials — pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and product demos
  • Train the US commercial team on messaging, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Feed insights from sales conversations back into messaging and campaign strategy
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer sentiment across the US F&B tech landscape
  • Work with customer success and product to develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and proof points
  • Contribute to persona development and segmentation to sharpen targeting across the US market

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, hospitality tech, or a closely adjacent vertical
  • Proven track record of delivering GTM programs that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills — able to translate complex product capability into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Confident writing and communication skills, with an ability to create both strategic frameworks and polished customer-facing content
  • Experience enabling sales teams and working closely with commercial stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with competing priorities

Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or food & beverage technology
  • Familiarity with POS, EPoS, reservations, or payments products
  • Experience working within a globally distributed team
