Responsibilities

• Role You own the strategy and execution that fuels Kings Loot’s paid growth. You partner with creators to develop high-performing creative while owning the strategy, messaging, testing, and iteration behind Kings Loot's paid acquisition efforts. Success in this role is measured by consistently delivering winning creative that enables Kings Loot to scale paid acquisition more profitably while continuously improving our creative systems, documentation, and organizational knowledge.
• Campaign Architecture & Creative Briefs
• Create structured creative briefs for designers, video editors, and creators across Meta, TikTok, and Youtube
• Define core concepts, hooks, angles, and formats for each product drop or seasonal campaign
• Align messaging with both brand voice and platform-specific performance nuances
• Partner with Head of Performance Marketing and UGC creators to sync on product priorities, launch timing, and CTA strategy
• Continuously identify and implement AI workflows that improve creative quality, research speed, briefing, scripting, and concept generation.
• UGC Creator Collaboration Partner with creators to consistently produce high-performing performance creative.
• Own: Creator creative briefs; Creative direction; Script feedback; Creator coaching; Creative quality reviews; Performance feedback; Long-term creator relationships
• Work closely with the creator acquisition process to ensure creators receive clear direction and consistently improve the quality and performance of their content. This role focuses on creative execution rather than creator recruiting, onboarding, contracting, or operational management.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in performance creative, paid social, or UGC-driven marketing at a DTC brand or growth agency
• Strong grasp of paid social ad anatomy (hooks, scroll-stoppers, CTA structure)
• Excellent communicator — both in brief writing and giving clear feedback
• Obsessed with testing, learning, and building frameworks that scale
• Deeply collaborative: thrives in a small team where iteration happens fast
• Bonus: Copywriting or visual design background is a plus (but not required)
