Own the entire acquisition funnel from ad creation to checkout and post-purchase flow.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Google (Search, YouTube, Display)
TikTok and other paid channels
Scale campaigns to 7–8 figures/month in spend while maintaining CAC goals
Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting
Own and optimize the entire acquisition funnel, including:
Ad → Landing Page → Checkout → Post-purchase flow
Improve conversion rates, AOV, and LTV
Identify and fix drop-offs across the funnel
Collaborate with or lead creative strategy:
Ad angles, hooks, messaging, and offers
UGC, VSLs, advertorials, and native-style creatives
Continuously test and iterate on creatives based on performance data
Monitor and optimize core KPIs:
CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV
Build structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, funnels)
Use attribution tools to guide decision-making
Growth Strategy
Identify new scaling opportunities (channels, audiences, offers)• Work closely with founders to define growth roadmap• Help build systems and processes for scalable acquisition
