Responsibilities
- Own strategy + execution across Meta & Google Ads
- Manage and scale $500K+/month in spend
- Build and run structured testing (creative, audiences, landing pages)
- Partner with creative to improve performance + scale winners
- Own reporting, forecasting, and performance insights
- Use tools like Northbeam + GA4 to evaluate incrementality
- Align paid strategy with launches, promos, and growth initiatives
- Mentor a junior media buyer
Requirements
- 3–6+ years running Meta + Google Ads (DTC/eCommerce)
- Experience managing a minimum $500K+/month budgets
- Strong grasp of full-funnel performance + attribution
- Hands-on experience with incrementality testing
- Proficiency in Northbeam (or similar), GA4, Excel/Sheets
- Data-driven, highly analytical, strong communicator
Preferred
- TikTok, YouTube, or Performance Max experience
- Subscription eCommerce background
- Health/wellness / supplements experience
- Hitting CAC + payback targets consistently
- Scalable, repeatable paid growth
- Strong creative testing engine
- Clear forecasting + predictable performance
