Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own national DTP strategy and roadmap, with execution plan to scale the program across multiple markets nationally
  • Define patient acquisition, qualification and engagement strategies
  • Work in partnership with agencies to drive the paid digital media strategy
  • Own patient‑facing branding and messaging as well as creative contents
  • Own patient microsite and physician finder
  • Create patient educational materials including testimonials, digital guides, and in-practice materials
  • Create patient-centric content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and patient portals
  • Owns the DTP technology stack
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal and Compliance, and Quality) to ensure HIPAA-compliant data collection and storage
  • Deliver regular performance and analytics reporting tying media investment to business results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in patient-centric marketing in the life sciences or healthcare space, including brand positioning, omnichannel strategy, lead generation, campaign management and digital marketing experience
  • Hands‑on experience launching and scaling DTC/DTP programs in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, consent management, and healthcare data privacy
  • Proven ability to manage various external stakeholders, including agencies and production vendors, and complex cross‑functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tying marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team collaboratively
