Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a lean, high-performing Customer Marketing team
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify reference opportunities and create customer-ready assets
  • Orchestrate end-to-end production of customer case studies, videos, and quotes—including budgeting, team resourcing, and coordination with partners such as Events Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Analyst Relations
  • Execute and report on always-on market reputation and peer review campaigns for platforms like Gartner Peer Insights and G2
  • Partner with geographic and market segment leaders to align budget and team resources with business objectives
  • Stand up and amplify internal communication channels and content promotion to increase use of assets and drive pipeline

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer marketing roles, with a proven track record of team management in high-growth technology environments; B2B software experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to source, develop, and amplify customer stories across internal and external channels
  • Skilled at leading customer-facing conversations and navigating legal, operational, and production processes
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to accelerate content creation, improve efficiency, and report on ROI
  • Experienced in managing and growing small teams with broad scope and impact
  • Deep understanding of customer marketing trends, best practices, and tools
