Job Summary

Own the measurement narrative and GTM for TikTok ads data products, turning complex analytics capabilities into advertiser value and guiding cross-functional adoption and product prioritization.

Measurement and data collaboration: own the suite and translate ads measurement into clear customer value.
Global GTM and thought leadership: define strategy and lead product launch narratives with cross-functional teams.
Adoption programs and blockers: build adoption programs, partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing to remove roadblocks and influence development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own measurement and data collaboration solutions within TikTok's Measurement suite, with a strong understanding of ads measurement capabilities, technical product infrastructure, and advertiser use cases.
Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok’s measurement and data solutions.
Develop thought leadership around key product launches in response to industry, platform, and market developments, partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team.
Develop programs that enable adoption of measurement and data products, identify blockers to implementation, and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Science, Product, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and help prioritize solutions that influence product development.
Communicate the value proposition of new measurement and data solutions to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that effective collateral and packaging are developed.
Help shape narratives around technically sophisticated product solutions, translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling customer value for advertisers, agencies, and partners.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or above
3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or consulting across measurement/analytics, B2B SaaS, AdTech, martech, data platforms, or digital products
Strong understanding of measurement products, analytics workflows, data infrastructure, or technical platform solutions
Proven track record driving global GTM strategies and collaborating across functions
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and simplify technical concepts for different audiences
A fast learner with good judgment and original thinking, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change

Preferred

Experience with measurement platforms, experimentation, attribution, audience solutions, data collaboration tools, or technical advertising products
Background working with global sales organizations and agency/advertiser stakeholders
Familiarity with industry trends across measurement, analytics, data interoperability, and advertising technology
Ability to understand and communicate complex product architectures, data flows, and measurement methodologies
