Job Summary

Own the healthcare GTM narrative from insight to field-ready messaging and coordinate cross-functional execution across campaigns, events, and lifecycle initiatives.

Voice of Customer: translate user needs and clinical workflows into clear buyer messaging for healthcare buyers.
GTM Execution: align Sales, Product, and Marketing on launches and lifecycle programs with measurable impact.
Events & Campaigns: refresh and run GTM programs including trade shows while coordinating travel and field support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or B2B technology.
Acute care or clinical workflow domain experience preferred.
Strong research synthesis, messaging development, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience collaborating with Sales and Product Management in a structured GTM environment.
Strategic mindset paired with execution discipline; able to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
Comfortable using and deploying Claude and other AI tools to accelerate workflows.
