Job Summary

Own front-line retail brand representation and direct customer engagement to drive in-store sales and lead generation.

Retail Brand Ownership: Represent recognizable brands in busy retail environments and hit daily sales targets.
Product Demos: Demonstrate features, articulate benefits, and convert interest into completed sales.
Promotions and Performance: Support campaigns and events, track daily results, and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

Represent nationally recognized brands inside retail locations
Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
Generate interest, leads, and completed sales
Provide excellent customer service and brand representation
Support promotional campaigns and retail events
Track daily performance and contribute to team sales goals

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in high-traffic retail environments
Coachable and motivated to grow
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
