Job Summary
Own the front line on consumer engagement and turn in-person interactions into awareness, leads, and revenue while keeping existing customers happy and serving as the go-to for consumer relations.
- Consumer Engagement: educate on promotions, generate leads, and propel sales through direct-contact campaigns.
- Customer Service & Relations: deliver quality service to current clients and act as the main contact for consumer inquiries.
- Brand Representation & Learning: represent campaigns in the field and stay learner-forward to improve performance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Act as a point person for all consumer relations
- Generate leads and drive SALES
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required!
- 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of Sales experience (preferred not required)
- The ability to be trained and a mindset for continuous learning and personal development.
- Goal-oriented with a student mentality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
